How long does an order take?
Every garment is handmade, so timing varies by design and Alice’s current workload. Contact Alice before ordering when you need the garment by a particular date. Alice will confirm the expected timing after the order is received.
Are fabrics restocked?
Usually not. Fabrics are sourced in limited quantities, so once one is gone it may not return.
Can I choose a different fabric?
Each product page shows the fabric currently available for that garment. A separate Shop by Fabric range is being prepared.
What is made to measure?
Alice adjusts the garment pattern using the body measurements you provide. The service adds $20 per garment.
Will every piece look exactly the same?
No. Pattern placement and small handmade variations make each piece unique.
Can I return a made-to-measure item?
Custom and made-to-measure items may have different return conditions. Review the Shipping & Returns page before ordering.
